These amazing potato cheese balls are just the perfect snack for guests!
You will need:
Mashed potatoes (Boil some large potatoes with NO salt and mash them, when they are done and drained)
Salt
Onion powder (optional)
Sweet chili (optional)
Cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
Eggs (beat them lightly)
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

How you make them:
Taste the mashed potatoes with salt, chili and onion powder. Take a lump of mashed potatoes and press it flat. CAdd one dice of cheese and fold the mashed potatoes around and form it into a ball. Do this until cheese and mashed potatoes are used. Put them in the refrigerator and let them stay in there for 30 minutes.
Put some salt in the bread crumbs and whip a few eggs lightly in a bowl.
Heat the oil to 180 degrees C
Remove the balls from the refrigerator and add a few balls in the eggs at a time and then roll them well in the bread crumbs until they are completely covered.
Put them in the oil for 2 minutes (not all at once) and remove them when they are golden and crisp.
Serve as soon as they are finished.

Du skal bruge:
Kartoffelmos (kog nogle skrællede bagekartofler og mos dem, når de er kogt færdige)
Salt
Løgpulver (valgfrit)
Sød chili pulver (valgfrit)
En blok cheddar ost skåret i tern
Æg
Rasp
Olie til frituren
Sådan gør du:
Smag kartoffelmosen til med salt, chili og løgpulver. Tag så en klump kartoffelmos og tryk den flad. Kom så en tern ost i og fold kartoffelmosen rundt om og form den til en kugle. Gør dette indtil ost og kartoffelmos er brugt. Stil dem så i køleskabet i en halvtimes tid.
Kom lidt salt i raspen og pisk et par æg let i en skål.
Tag kuglerne ud af køleskabet og kom et par kugler i æggene og derefter rul dem godt i raspen til de er helt dækket.
Kom dem (ikke alle på én gang) så 2 minutter i 180 grader varm olie og tag dem op, når de er gyldne og sprøde.
Server dem så snart de er færdige.
