De her pop-tarts er nemme at lave og rigtig lækre!
4 pop-tarts
Du skal bruge:
1 plade fersk butterdej
1 let pisket æg
Mini skumfiduser
God Lys chokolade (enten knapper eller hakket chokolade)
Digestive kiks (knuses i mindre stykker)
Glasur laves af flormelis, kakaopulver og lidt vand
Sådan laves de:
Tænd ovnen på 180 grader varmluft eller 200 alm ovn.

Skær butterdejen ud i 8 firkanter.
Pensel alle kanter med æg.
Kom lidt skumfiduser, chokolade og kiks i midten på 4 af dem og kom de 4 andre butterdejsstykker ovenpå og luk dem med en gaffel (se evt min video).
Skær et par snit i toppen af dem alle og pensel med æg.
Bag dem i 12-15 minutter eller til de er godt gyldne.
Lav glasuren, som du ønsker den og kom det på toppen af dem alle og så er de klar!

I made them with puff pastry, but you can also use pie crust.
4 pop-tarts
You will need:
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 slightly beaten egg
Mini marshmallows
Good quality milk chocolate (either chips or chopped chocolate)
Digestive biscuits (crushed into smaller pieces)
The glaze is made of powdered sugar, cocoa powder and some little water
How to make them:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees C convection or 350 degrees F convection.

Cut the puff pastry into 8 squares.
Brush all the edges with egg.
Add some marshmallows, chocolate and biscuits in the middle on 4 of them and then place the other 4 pieces of puff pastry on top and close them all with a fork all the way around (look at my video).
Cut the top of them with a knife or stick them with a fork a few times and brush with egg.
Bake them for 12-15 minutes or until well browned.
Make the glaze as you want it and put it on top of them and then they are ready!
